Arbiter Sports (or simply “Arbiter”) is an online system that serves two purposes for two organizations:

  • FHSAA uses Arbiter to register officials for all high school sports
  • NFSOA uses Arbiter to assign referees to games

Arbiter offers a free mobile app for both iOS and Android that you can use to accept/decline your assignments and to manage your availability.
